Yarmuth Files to Run for Third Term
1/11/2010Congressman has raised more than $660,000 going into election year
(Frankfort, KY) Congressman John Yarmuth (KY-3), today, filed paperwork with the Secretary of State’s office, officially kicking off his bid to continue representing Louisville in the US House of Representatives.
“These past three years, I have had the great honor of taking Louisville’s fight to Congress, and I hope to keep fighting to bring our community good jobs, affordable health care, and better educational opportunities,” Congressman Yarmuth said. “I look forward to continuing to work with my partners here at home to build a more secure nation and a thriving Louisville that we can continue to be proud of.”
